Responsibilities for the HVAC Install Apprentice:
Collaborate with experienced technicians to assist in the installation of HVAC systems.
Learn to use and maintain tools and equipment required for HVAC installations.
Assist in handling and organizing materials needed for installation projects.
Prepare worksites by ensuring they are clean, organized, and equipped for installations.
Participate in testing HVAC systems to ensure proper functionality.
Actively engage in training sessions to enhance technical and practical knowledge.
Learn to identify and troubleshoot common issues during installations.
Take initiative in learning and contributing to the installation process.
Follow up on completed installations to ensure customer satisfaction.
Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
Responsibilities for the HVAC Maintenance Technician:
Promptly report to customers’ homes with a comprehensive understanding of assigned tasks.
Educate customers on system usage, maintenance tips, and damage prevention, offering professional insights for optimal system function.
Perform routine maintenance tasks, including replenishing refrigerants, replacing filters, and replacing components such as coils, compressors, and controls.
Install thermostats, and dehumidifiers/timers, and run tests to identify appropriate settings, providing clear instructions on proper usage.
Utilize various tools, including electrical hand tools, saws, drills, vacuums, and refrigerant gauges.
Apply technical skills and experience to determine service requirements, considering system operations and preventive maintenance.
Ensure all work processes are completed while maintaining safe working conditions and personal safety.
Undertake special projects and additional duties as assigned/required.
Responsibilities for the Lead HVAC Install Technician:
Install generator and related equipment, including gas lines used in a residential and light commercial setting, successfully without supervision.
Replace heating, air conditioning, or refrigeration equipment or complete systems
Test electrical circuits and components for continuity, using electrical test equipment.
Test pipe or tubing joints and connections for leaks, using a pressure gauge or soap-and-water solution.
Assemble and install heating and air-conditioning units used in homes.
Design and install HVAC equipment, ductwork, and piping.
Maintain accurate logs of all work performed.

Complete special projects and additional duties as assigned/required.
Responsibilities for the Lead HVAC Service Technician:
