In the role of Customer Service Representative, your success will involve grasping our customers’ needs, scheduling service appointments, and making outbound calls to coordinate appointments with the appropriate technician for each job. This is an in-office position with a schedule of Monday – Friday 7:15 AM to 4 PM.
The Office Manager oversees daily operations, manages administrative tasks, coordinates schedules, and serves as a point of contact for internal and external communication. They handle budgeting, and financial tasks, and contribute to fostering a positive work environment. The role is crucial for maintaining an organized and productive office space. The schedule for this role is M-F 7 am – 4 pm.
As a Residential Service Electrician, your expertise will revolve around the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems within residential settings. Your role encompasses diverse areas such as lighting, outlets, electrical panels, and wiring configurations. Additionally, you will conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments, troubleshoot electrical issues, and conduct meticulous searches for faults to guarantee the efficient operation of residential electrical systems.
As a Residential Service Plumber, you will specialize in the installation, repair, and maintenance of pipes within residential drainage systems. Your responsibilities will extend to various areas, including kitchens, bathrooms, hot water heaters, and sewage systems. In addition, you will conduct diagnostic assessments, troubleshoot issues, and perform thorough leak searches to ensure the optimal functioning of residential plumbing.

Responsibilities for the Apprentice Plumber:
- Assist Technicians: Support Plumbing Service and Install Technicians in executing residential plumbing services.

Responsibilities for the Residential Service Plumber:
- Conduct residential service calls with efficiency and expertise.

- Engage in effective communication and consultation with homeowners, presenting optimal repair or replacement options.
- Maintain open communication with team members for seamless collaboration.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the company truck, both internally and externally.

- Handle plumbing, drain cleaning, and related service calls with precision.
