  • Establish customer rapport to offer the right products and services – help the Customer make an informed and intelligent choice
  • Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans.
  • Be professional; neat, clean, punctual and courteous
  • Work alongside customer service and dispatch to ensure overall success of the business.
  • Maintain a clean, organized service truck with inventory.
  • Participate actively in all training exercises & morning meetings
  • Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations.
  • Be accurate and timely with invoices, timecards, curbside feedback and option sheets.
  • On Call – yes, you have on call, but we have an exclusive process and reward system
  • Master Plumber license? Not required but encouraged and rewarded!
  • Point person for any technical issues that technicians may encounter throughout the day.
  • Communicate effectively with HVAC Coordinators.
  • Liaison between technicians and Comfort Consultants.
  • Participate actively in all training and ongoing education.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Evaluates workload and schedules service work in a way that best utilizes manpower.
  • Ability to create and manage quotes and invoices. Knowledge of using price books.
  • Ensures that materials and equipment are ordered and dispensed for scheduled jobs.
  • Ability to train and mentor technicians on our service systems.
  • Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts and installation teams
  • Repairs air conditioning, heating, control systems, along with humidity and temperature control systems for residential customers
  • Provides preventative maintenance on heating and cooling systems.
  • Build strong customer relationships; build knowledge and understanding of new and existing customer needs/expectations.
  • Performs timely and quality repairs in resolving customer complaints
  • Must be capable of diagnosing and explaining all problems and options to the client
  • Troubleshoot and repair all electrical and mechanical components of HVAC equipment
