Responsibilities of our next HVAC Comfort Advisor:
- Provide customers with solutions for HVAC and other home comfort needs
- Consult with potential and existing customers for customized HVAC system solutions
- Follow up on sales bids and leads, offering additional information as needed
- Conduct post-sale follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Overcome technical and business objections of prospective customers
- Emphasize salable features, quotes, prices, and credit terms
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Participate in various sales activities, including trade shows and referral groups
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
Responsibilities of our next HVAC Maintenance Technician:
- Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, and teams.
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC components.
- Repair air conditioning, heating, and control systems
- Provide preventative maintenance on heating and cooling systems.
- Keep company truck clean and well-maintained.
- Keep truck inventory up to date.
- Build strong customer relationships.
- Perform timely and quality repairs.
- Participate in training for professional growth.
- Educate and assist customers in choosing finance options and maintenance plans.
Responsibilities of our next HVAC Service Technician:
- Maintain communication with dispatch, managers, and teams
- Repair air conditioning, heating, and control systems
- Provide preventative maintenance on residential HVAC systems
- Build strong customer relationships
- Perform timely and quality repairs
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC components
- Keep company truck and inventory updated
- Complete paperwork and maintain a professional appearance
- Educate customers on finance options and maintenance plans
Responsibilities of our next Lead HVAC Installer:
- Replace heating, air conditioning, or refrigeration equipment or complete systems.
- Test electrical circuits and components for continuity, using electrical test equipment.
- Test pipe or tubing joints and connections for leaks, using a pressure gauge or soap-and-water solution.
- Join pipes or tubing to the equipment and to the fuel, water, or refrigerant source to form a complete circuit.
- Lay out and connect electrical wiring between the controls and equipment according to the wiring diagram.
- Install, connect, and adjust thermostats, humidistats, and timers.
- Install furnaces, heat pumps, and other related appliances.
- Comply with all applicable standards, policies, and procedures, including safety procedures.
- Inspect and test systems to verify compliance with plans and specifications and detect malfunctions.
Responsibilities of our next Residential Service Plumber:
- Complete plumbing, drain cleaning, and other related service calls.
- Repair pipes, tanks, and water fixtures as needed.
- Install pipes, drainage systems, sinks, toilets, and heating/cooling systems.
- Test systems for leaks and other problems.
- Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.
- Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans.
- Maintain a clean, organized job site and a well-inventoried truck.
- Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations.
- Be accurate and timely with invoices, timecards, curbside feedback, and option sheets.
