Available Schedules:

Monday – Friday 10am – 6pm, rotating weekends

Monday – Friday 7am – 3pm, rotating weekends

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:

  • Listen to the needs of customers and book service appointments
  • Place outbound calls to schedule appointments to fill our call needs each day.
  • Convert incoming customer calls to booked service appointments while promoting customer satisfaction
  • Place outbound calls to current and past customers to ensure quality control
  • Place outbound calls to follow up on inquiries like estimates to the customers’ satisfaction
  • Adhere to the company’s plan for resolving customer complaints quickly and favorably.
  • Deliver calls scripts with an authentic cadence; by being transparent, compelling, and personable when speaking with customers
  • Answering multiple phone lines
  • Other clerical duties as assigned
  • Maintain and update our customer database with complete and accurate information
  • Maintain communication with dispatch and your manager

Requirements of the Customer Service Representative:

  • 2 years of Customer service experience (Home Services preferred)
  • Phone Sales experience required
  • Membership Sales experience a plus!
  • Service Titan experience preferred
  • Knowledge of plumbing, HVAC or electrical service work a plus
  • Proficient computer knowledge competent; good typist and proficient with phone systems
  • Ability to show empathy and be a people person
  • Be reliable and driven
  • Great attention to detail, enjoys being part of a collaborative team, works well with all kinds of people
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills needed for problem resolution
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with ease and empathy
  • Excellent ability to multitask
