Your Role: Customer Service Representative
• Facilitate service appointments, staying connected with our valued customers.
• Turn inbound calls into secured service appointments, ensuring utmost customer satisfaction.
• Place proactive outbound calls to both new and loyal customers to secure additional appointments.
• Resolve any customer concerns promptly and with a positive resolution.
• Engage with customers using genuine and persuasive call scripts.
• Handle multiple phone lines, assist with inquiries, schedule appointments, and carry out other essential clerical tasks.
• Consistently update and maintain our customer database with thorough and accurate details.
• Stay coordinated with the dispatch team and report to your manager.
• Schedule: Monday – Friday 7am – 4pm

Who We’re Looking For:
• Prior experience in Home Services’ customer service is beneficial.
• Sales knowledge is an added advantage.
• Adeptness in computer use; efficient typing skills and proficiency with phone systems.
• Tech savvy with the ability to learn new computer software systems.
• Empathetic, with the innate ability to resonate with others.
• Reliability, reliable transportation, and a strong sense of commitment.
• Stellar verbal and written communication capabilities.
