Roles & Responsibilities of Our Plumbing Service Manager:

 

 

  • Team Management: Supervise and mentor plumbing staff, set work priorities, and facilitate meetings.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure the adoption of effective procedures and guidelines daily.
  • Sales Oversight: Guarantee the achievement of objectives and sales targets by the plumbing team.
  • Industry Familiarity: Demonstrated willingness to grasp industry norms, our products, and services.
  • Exceptional Customer Service: Cultivate lasting customer relationships, handle concerns swiftly, and promote upselling techniques.
  • Administrative Support: Aid in the management of operations and administrative tasks, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Quality Assurance: Regularly assess work and customer service to uphold our exceptional standards.
  • Hands-on Approach: Directly handle tasks when necessary, ensuring top-tier quality in service delivery.
  • Team Spirit: Foster brand loyalty and enthusiasm during daily interactions, huddles, and meetings.

 

 

What We Expect from Our Plumbing Service Manager:

 

 

  • Relevant Experience: Hands-on experience in residential or new construction settings.
  • Leadership Skills: Prior management experience and the ability to lead and inspire growth.
  • Technical Insight: A deep understanding of plumbing, with prior experience being a bonus.
  • Licensing: An Indiana State License (Journeyman) is preferable.

  • Clean Slate: A valid driver’s license with a spotless record.
