Roles & Responsibilities of Our Plumbing Service Manager:
- Team Management: Supervise and mentor plumbing staff, set work priorities, and facilitate meetings.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure the adoption of effective procedures and guidelines daily.
- Sales Oversight: Guarantee the achievement of objectives and sales targets by the plumbing team.
- Industry Familiarity: Demonstrated willingness to grasp industry norms, our products, and services.
- Exceptional Customer Service: Cultivate lasting customer relationships, handle concerns swiftly, and promote upselling techniques.
- Administrative Support: Aid in the management of operations and administrative tasks, ensuring seamless service delivery.

What We Expect from Our Plumbing Service Manager:

- Licensing: An Indiana State License (Journeyman) is preferable.
