Lead HVAC Installer Wanted!

In this role as Lead HVAC Installer, you will be in the field as an HVAC Installer, as well as leading teams of Installers to train, mentor, and coach them to become successful Lead HVAC Installers.

What We Expect from a Lead HVAC Installer:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years as a Lead HVAC Installer.
• Certifications: Universal EPA is mandatory. NATE and ACCAQI are preferred.
• Skills: Capability to install a furnace or air conditioner independently.
• Physical Capacity: Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• License: A valid driver’s license.
• Technical and Soft Skills: Familiarity with HVAC codes, understanding of proper electrical and HVAC safety, and the ability to convey technical information to non-technical clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Testing electrical circuits and components.
• Replacing or completing HVAC systems.
• Ensuring leak-proof joints and connections.
• Setting up electrical wiring between controls and equipment.
• Staying updated with required certifications.
• Installing and adjusting thermostats, humidistats, and timers.
• Upholding safety standards and maintaining a clean workspace.
• Inspecting and testing systems for compliance and functionality.
• Be a hands-on trainer and mentor to the other Installers.
• Coach, guide, and upscale our team of Installers.
• Steer the team with regular training initiatives, propelling them to achieve and surpass set targets.
