The Dispatcher’s number one objective is to ensure the company’s daily revenue target is achieved every day. This is accomplished by prioritizing jobs, service technicians, and working with the CSR’s to ensure there are no unfilled spots on the board for the day.

Must be available for flexible schedule shifts from 7am – 8pm.

Your Role as the Dispatcher:

  • Act as the bridge between our customers and services, scheduling service appointments, and placing strategic outbound calls.
  • Transform every customer interaction into an opportunity, ensuring utmost satisfaction.
  • Navigate schedules, aligning technicians with appropriate work orders while keeping managers and customers updated.
  • Meticulously maintain records, from work requests and expenses to inventory, ensuring accuracy and organization in our customer database.
  • Always stay connected with your team and manager, ensuring seamless communication.

Our Ideal Dispatcher:

  • Has 2-5 years of hands-on dispatch experience in the Trades.
  • Has a background in home service customer interactions (preferred).
  • Service Titan experience preferred.
  • Exhibits computer proficiency and agility with phone systems.
  • Radiates empathy, understanding, and exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Upholds a reputation for reliability.
  • Demonstrates stellar communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Seamlessly multitasks and navigates challenging situations with grace.
