We are actively seeking an exceptional Business Development Coordinator to join our team. This role involves overseeing social media accounts, managing estimates, and prospecting leads in the field. This position operates with a 30% in-office and 70% in-field split, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a diverse and active work environment.

Responsibilities of the Business Development Coordinator:

Office Duties

  • Office time is split between Fort Myers (1 day per week) and Babcock Ranch (2 days per week).
  • Oversee all social media content (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).
  • Manage and respond to Google and Yelp reviews.
  • Follow up on un-estimates written by yourself and teammates.
  • Conduct weekly cold calls to businesses and property managers as assigned.
  • Manage and oversee assigned key accounts, establishing yourself as the main contact.

Field Prospecting Duties

  • Represent the company at marketing and networking events in Lee County.
  • Well connected in the community (preferably with CAM associations or maintenance groups)
  • Attend assigned events, including COMA, CAI, Chamber of Commerce, Estero Burntwood Tavern, and Northern market events.
  • Develop leads through various channels, including cold calling, social media, existing accounts, company website, and more.

 

Ideal Candidate for the Business Development Coordinator:

  • Proficient with computer systems and phone systems; experience with Service Titan is a plus.
  • Sales and management experience.
  • High-energy, outgoing personality.
  • Skilled communicator (verbal and written).
  • Attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
  • Team builder and goal driven.
  • Coachable and flexible.
  • Well-connected in the community, preferably with CAM associations or maintenance groups.
  • Well-versed in marketing.
  • Highly energetic and professional.
  • Team-focused and self-motivated.
