We are seeking an exceptional Regional Sales Manager
Location: Eastern US – Covering NC, VA, WV, MD, PA, NJ, and NY
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in acquiring new business, serving as the linchpin in training service tech teams, overseeing critical accounts, and offering invaluable technical support. Your influence will extend across seven states, promising a range of diverse experiences and challenges that will shape your career trajectory.
We are looking for an outgoing, dynamic relationship builder to foster and create new business accounts. An experienced and hungry salesperson who is willing to put in the work to cultivate and build new relationships, nurture and grow existing relationships and think outside the box to grow your territory.

Key Responsibilities for the Regional Sales Manager:
- Business Development: Identify, cultivate, and secure new business opportunities.
- Training & Development: Equip service tech teams with effective sales strategies, comprehensive product knowledge, and precise installation techniques.
- Account Management: Supervise accounts, ensuring optimal service delivery, client satisfaction, and growth opportunities.
- Technical Support: Act as the primary technical resource for both the internal team and external clients.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the head office, analyze market trends, and implement strategies to ensure dominance in the assigned territories.
- Revenue Growth: Surpass KPIs and expand your territory.
- Travel: Engage in regular travel throughout the territory to foster strong relationships, conduct training, and manage accounts effectively.
Qualifications for the Regional Sales Manager:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field OR substantial experience in the plumbing and/or HVAC industry.
- Demonstrated success in sales, particularly within technical or industrial sectors.
- Proficiency in training field technicians and delivering effective sales tactics and exceptional customer rapport.
- Salesforce experience HIGHLY preferred.
- Dedication to team success.
- Highly outgoing with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong technical aptitude and a keen willingness to delve deeply into our product.
- Ability to work independently and drive results.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
