Your mission as Director of Sales:

Your strategic impact:
– Be the architect of sustained EBITDA and client base expansion.
– Drive your team to hit personal and group sales targets that echo our corporate ambition.
– Oversee the daily operations of the outside and inside sales departments, establishing quotas and targets and ensuring objectives are met.
– Monitor sales metrics, report results to senior management, and propose improvements.
– Recruit, hire, train, and mentor sales team members, fostering their professional growth.
– Forecast quarterly and annual sales goals and ensure the team meets them.
– Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for expansion and new business development.
– Collaborate daily with marketing teams on sales promotions, campaigns, and enablement, maintaining strategic alignment and brand consistency.
What You Bring to the Table:
– High School degree or equivalent; a business degree is preferred.
– At least five years of successful sales management of an inside and outside sales team.
– At least five years of direct outside sales experience as an individual contributor.
– Experience in selling into B2B and B2C trades businesses (HVAC, plumbing, electrical), highly preferred.
– Demonstrable proficiency in sales process and operations.
– Expertise in sales strategy and tactics.
– Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems.
– Strong ability to analyze sales metrics and derive actionable insights.
– Excellent interpersonal skills, with a focus on team building and mentorship.
– Strong leadership and organizational skills.
