The Outside Sales Manager must travel frequently for networking events and prospective client meetings. · Pay ranges from $105K – $125K per year plus commission
Responsibilities for the Outside Sales Manager:
· Must be able to travel at least 50% of the time.
· Build an opportunity pipeline in your territory and close deals.
· Meet or exceed sales targets in your territory.
· Actively nurture and network with prospective clients using various phone, email, and social media channels.
· Understand client needs and present our services in a way that addresses those needs.
· Maintain a detailed record of all interactions with prospective clients using our CRM.
· Host and attend networking events, conferences, and trade shows to generate leads.
· Provide regular sales reports and insights to management.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and promotional materials.
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends to adjust sales tactics accordingly.
· Resolve any issues or concerns raised by prospective clients promptly and professionally.
Qualifications for the Outside Sales Manager:
· Experience in the trades selling B2B or B2C is a plus.
· Education: High School degree, Trade school, or its equivalent.
· Experience: A minimum of 5 years in an outside sales role with end-to-end sales pipeline responsibility and hands-on trades experience is ideal.
· Hunter mentality
· Demonstrated outside sales skills and sales processes.
· Adept at networking and building strong client relationships.
· Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Excellent time-management and organizational abilities.
· Ability to learn our services on the job.
· Fearless and open to risk.
