  • Annual Salary Range: $50,000 – $85,000 plus commission
    • Consistent Monday to Friday schedule.
    • No travel is required, allowing more focus on core responsibilities.
    • Commission-based incentives are available.

    • Key Responsibilities for the Business Development Manager (BDM):


      • Engage in 100 outbound activities daily across multiple channels, including phone, email, and social media, as well as through networking events.
      • Meet and exceed personal sales targets, encouraging prospects to participate in our tailored sales events.
      • Forge and sustain robust relationships with potential clients, providing consistent support and communication throughout their journey.
      • Proactively follow up on leads, creating a pipeline of Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
      • Work collaboratively with the sales team to craft and execute effective sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
      • Partner with the marketing department to initiate and advance lead-generation campaigns and promotional efforts.
      • Remain informed about industry trends and market dynamics to uncover and capitalize on new business opportunities.
      • Actively participate in sales and training sessions, honing skills and enhancing product knowledge.
      • Diligently manage and update customer interactions in Hubspot CRM.

        Qualifications for the Business Development Manager (BDM):

        • Minimum of 3 years in business development.
        • At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales is essential.
        • This is an in-person role, with the office providing a dynamic and collaborative environment.
        • Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
        • Excellent time-management and organizational abilities.
