- Annual Salary Range: $50,000 – $85,000 plus commission
- Consistent Monday to Friday schedule.
- No travel is required, allowing more focus on core responsibilities.
- Commission-based incentives are available.
- Engage in 100 outbound activities daily across multiple channels, including phone, email, and social media, as well as through networking events.
- Meet and exceed personal sales targets, encouraging prospects to participate in our tailored sales events.
- Forge and sustain robust relationships with potential clients, providing consistent support and communication throughout their journey.
- Proactively follow up on leads, creating a pipeline of Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to craft and execute effective sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Partner with the marketing department to initiate and advance lead-generation campaigns and promotional efforts.
- Remain informed about industry trends and market dynamics to uncover and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Actively participate in sales and training sessions, honing skills and enhancing product knowledge.
- Diligently manage and update customer interactions in Hubspot CRM.
Qualifications for the Business Development Manager (BDM):
- Minimum of 3 years in business development.
- At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales is essential.
- This is an in-person role, with the office providing a dynamic and collaborative environment.
- Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent time-management and organizational abilities.
