As the General Manager, you are the cornerstone of our residential service departments. Your strategic vision and entrepreneurial acumen will be key in navigating our business towards its revenue goals and beyond. Key Responsibilities for the General Manager:

  • Lead and inspire the service center operations staff, fostering optimal productivity and professionalism.
  • Develop and implement operational plans aimed at achieving profitability and growth, while adeptly managing budgets.
  • Address customer complaints promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
  • Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of industry norms and ensure strict adherence to regulations and laws within the department.
  • Regularly review the quality of work and customer service to uphold our high standards.
  • Foster brand loyalty and enthusiasm through positive interactions within the team.


What We’re Looking for in Our Next General Manager:

•Minimum of 5 years in Management/Supervisory roles.

•General Manager experience, though not necessarily in residential services.

•Essential trade experience in Plumbing, HVAC, or Electrical.

•Possession of a valid driver’s license with a pristine driving record.

•Stellar leadership qualities that inspire and energize.

•Sharp customer service skills, attention to detail, and a clear grasp of financial statements.

•Experience in driving a team with Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and a robust business acumen.
