Responsibilities for the General Manager:

  • Cultivate a Positive Culture:
  • Foster a work environment that promotes positivity, collaboration, and mutual respect among employees.
  • Implement initiatives to boost morale, engagement, and job satisfaction.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating enthusiasm, empathy, and appreciation for the team.
    • Employee Care:
    • Prioritize the well-being and professional development of employees.
    • Provide support, mentorship, and opportunities for growth and advancement.
    • Address concerns, conflicts, and challenges promptly and effectively.
      • Office Growth:
      • Create budgets, and sales projections, and manage service inventory policies and pricing.
      • Establish goals, KPIs, and objectives for the business and team members, and measure/report progress regularly.

        • Employee Management:
        • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team.
        • Delegate tasks, assign responsibilities, and provide clear direction and expectations.
        • Conduct regular performance evaluations, offer feedback, and recognize achievements.
        • Handle staffing needs, scheduling, and resource allocation effectively.


        Requirements for the General Manager:

        • Experience Matters: 
          • Minimum of 3-5 years in management.
          • Sales experience highly preferred.
        • Industry: Experience in HVAC preferred.
        • Certifications: Possess valid EPA certification, with OSHA or NATE certifications considered a plus.
        • Technology: Service Titan experience preferred.
        • Customer-Centric: Excellent communication and customer service skills are a must.
        • Team Player: Ability to work in various settings and participate in on-call rotations with a positive attitude.
        • Physical Stamina: Physically capable of lifting to 50+ pounds and working in challenging environments.
        • Clean Record: Maintain a clean driving record and successfully pass a background check.
