Responsibilities for the Dispatcher/Install Coordinator:

  • Order equipment for installations and register equipment for warranty.
  • Handle incoming calls and receive service requests via phone, email, or online.
  • Receive and check all deliveries to the warehouse.
  • Schedule new equipment installations with customers.
  • Process payments for installations.
  • Arrange service appointments based on urgency and technician availability.
  • Dispatch technicians with necessary information and tools.
  • Monitor service calls and update customers on technician arrivals.
  • Optimize technician routes for efficiency.
  • Keep customers informed and address concerns.
  • Assist with special projects and installations.
  • Provide administrative support to the HVAC team.

Requirements for the Dispatcher/Install Coordinator:

  • 2-5 years of Dispatch experience.
  • Customer service and dispatch experience in Home Services is highly preferred.
  • HVAC Experience/Knowledge preferred.
  • Service Titan experience is a plus!
  • Microsoft Office experience is highly preferred.
  • Tech-savvy; proficient with computer and phone systems.
  • Ability to show empathy and communicate effectively.
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for problem resolution.
  • Excellent multitasking abilities, especially in challenging situations.
  • Desire to be part of a growing team.
