Responsibilities of our HVAC Service Manager:

  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop service professionals to enhance their skills.
  • Collaborate with the dispatch department to assign the appropriate service professionals to each job.
  • Maintain a positive and energetic atmosphere to motivate the entire department.
  • Encourage service professionals to achieve their performance goals.
  • Provide ongoing training and hold the team accountable for meeting high standards of service excellence.
  • Implement sales strategies across various departments to drive profitability.
  • Guide service professionals in building rapport with customers and recommending suitable products and services.
  • Ensure the team exceeds revenue targets by understanding and enforcing sales criteria.
  • Work closely with customer service and dispatch to optimize business operations.
  • Monitor and coach service professionals to enhance their performance.
  • Manage team schedules to meet customer demand and seasonal fluctuations.
  • Administer fair and well-documented incentive programs.
  • Review and approve invoices, time cards, performance reviews, and service call sheets.


Requirements for our HVAC Service Manager:

  • Previous HVAC Manager experience required.
  • Knowledge of HVAC codes and regulations.
  • Experience in the Residential Service industry highly preferred.
  • Management/Leadership/Coaching experience required.
  • Experience with Service Titan.
  • Proficiency in computer use, Google products (Google Drive, G-Sheets, G-Forms, & G-Slides), and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
  • Ability to inspire both personal and professional growth in our team members.
  • Drive team performance to achieve all business goals and objectives.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • High integrity, exceptional communication, and social skills.
  • Technologically savvy.
  • Team player with a willingness to go above and beyond.
