Key Responsibilities for the Regional Vice President/Regional Manager:

  • Oversight of three direct business unit General Managers and the Controller, reporting directly to the CEO of the PE-backed Home Services platform.
  • Inspire and lead frontline and operations staff to drive productivity, foster a KPI-driven culture, and uphold professionalism.
  • Develop and execute operational plans to drive profitability and growth, including rigorous review of monthly P&L performance, conducting weekly KPI meetings, and effective budget management.
  • Address customer concerns promptly and professionally to ensure optimal satisfaction.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of industry regulations and ensure strict adherence within the business.
  • Regularly assess work quality and customer service to maintain our high standards.
  • Cultivate brand loyalty and enthusiasm through positive team interactions.


Qualifications for the Regional Vice President/Regional Manager:

  • Minimum of 5 years in management/supervisory roles.
  • General Manager experience, preferably in residential service-focused trades.
  • Essential trade experience in Plumbing, HVAC, or Electrical.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Proficiency in field management software and information dashboard utilization.
  • Strong leadership skills that inspire and motivate.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities, keen attention to detail, and financial statement comprehension.
  • Experience driving teams with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and a robust business acumen.
