Role Insight: Sewer Salesperson: Your expertise in diagnosing residential sewer and drain systems will be vital. Guide our customers with informed decisions regarding services and products, present safety insights on their home’s water and sewer systems and establish trust.

Responsibilities of the Sewer Salesperson:

  • Conduct thorough inspections using video monitors and camera reels.
  • Foster trust, guiding customers to the best products/services.
  • Stay informed of service criteria, aiming for revenue goals.
  • Exhibit professionalism for repeat business and referrals.
  • Coordinate closely with customer service and dispatch teams.
  • Keep a clean job site and manage your service vehicle well.
  • Engage in all training programs, meetings, and company events.
  • Ensure timely and accurate paperwork.
  • Maintain relationships with both new and existing customers.
  • Spearhead the onboarding process for new clients.

What We’re Looking For in the next Sewer Salesperson:

  • Minimum 3 years of inside or outside sales experience (home services, sewer, and/or drain preferred)
  • Proficiency with camera and drain mechanisms.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Innate desire for continuous professional growth.
  • Team-oriented mindset.
  • A proven sales closer with a zest for the company’s vision and culture.
