Job Title: Commercial Sales Representative

As a Commercial Sales Representative, you’ll be instrumental in expanding our commercial client base by leveraging sales expertise to identify new opportunities, foster client relationships, and promote tailored solutions. Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, identify and cultivate new commercial businesses.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Actively promote our range of services to commercial clients, including but not limited to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and renovation services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution, from initial contact through to project completion.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of our services.
  • Negotiate and finalize sales contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that meet both client and company objectives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for business growth.
  • Utilize CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate accurate sales reports.

 

Requirements for the Commercial Sales Representative:

  • Proven track record of success in commercial sales, preferably in the home services industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with commercial clients.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to close sales and secure profitable contracts.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to exceed sales targets and achieve business objectives.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
