Responsibilities for the Member Concierge Representative:

  • Handle all incoming calls from current members, including scheduling inspections and dispatching our sales team as needed.
  •  Assist with inspection calls and schedule jobs generated by our sales team.
  •  Maintain regular contact with valued long-term customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns.
  •  Run weekly reports generated by Service Titan to track key performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Serve as a natural leader within the team, providing guidance and support to colleagues as needed.

Qualifications for the Member Concierge Representative:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or concierge role, preferably in a service-oriented industry.
  •  Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and phone systems; experience with Service Titan is a plus.
  • Must be a natural leader with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
  •  Must be available to work Monday to Friday, with flexible hours as needed to accommodate customer needs.
