Our Baltimore-based, family-owned plumbing company is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative. As the first impression for our customers, you’ll answer inbound calls, address inquiries, and provide top-notch support, directly impacting customer satisfaction and our company’s success. Responsibilities for the Inbound Leads Customer Service Representative:

  • Handle inbound calls, including callbacks, new inquiries, and warranty requests.
  • Address basic customer questions and process payments efficiently.
  • Schedule service appointments based on customer needs and technician availability.
  • Communicate important information to both managers and customers promptly and professionally.

 

Qualifications for the Inbound Leads Customer Service Representative:

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and phone systems; experience with Service Titan is a plus.
  • Sales experience is a plus.
  •  Must be available to work Monday to Friday, 7:15 AM to 4 PM.
