Success in this combined role of Customer Service Representative and Dispatcher means seamlessly converting customer inquiries into service appointments, efficiently scheduling and dispatching technicians, and providing exceptional support to both customers and field personnel.     Responsibilities for the Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher:

    • Convert inbound customer inquiries into scheduled service appointments.
    • Proactively reach out to customers via outbound calls to schedule appointments and maximize service opportunities.
    • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, striving to resolve issues and uphold the company’s reputation.
    • Engage in ongoing training initiatives to enhance professional growth and development.
    • Maintain and meticulously update our customer database with accurate and comprehensive information.
    • Acquire a deep understanding of the business operations and prioritize urgent customer calls effectively.
    • Optimize technician allocation by assigning them to appropriate service calls based on their expertise and availability.
    • Ensure an exceptional customer experience by providing technicians with detailed and precise information about service requests.
    • Participate in continuous training programs to foster ongoing professional development.
    • Keep customers informed throughout the day regarding the progress of their service appointments.

      Ideal Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher will have:

      • Experience in Home Services Required.
      • Minimum 1 year of Customer Service experience.
      • Minimum 1 year of Dispatcher experience.
      • Sales experience highly preferred.
      • Ability to type 60 WPM while multi-tasking.
      • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
      • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
      • Proficiency in customer service software and systems, with experience using CRM platforms preferred.
      • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations.
      • Detail-oriented, strongly organized, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
      • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and building positive relationships with clients.
