A successful Parts Person efficiently manages inventory, ensures accurate stock levels, and promptly fulfills orders with exceptional customer service. You will serve as a valuable resource for both technicians and customers, providing technical support and recommendations.

Responsibilities of the Parts Person:
- Process parts sales through counter interactions, phone calls, and emails, including taking orders, processing payments, and arranging shipping.
- Maintain and manage parts inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and making informed purchasing decisions.
- Collaborate with technicians on parts requests, providing expert assistance and facilitating efficient order fulfillment.
- Accurately generate parts sales invoices and assist with service job invoicing as required.
Requirements for the Parts Person:
- 2 years of experience working with refrigeration parts and service.
- Comfortable understanding and using technical and mechanical terminology.
- Proficient in computer skills, including email, spreadsheets, file management, and web-based software.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and dedicated to continuous improvement.
- Adaptable to an unstructured, independent work environment within a small business culture.
- Prior customer service experience is a significant advantage.
