As a successful Admin/Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the HR and recruitment teams by handling administrative duties and managing candidate data This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with strong follow-up/through skills and a personable, positive demeanor.

Responsibilities for the Admin/Recruiting Coordinator:
- Maintain candidate tracking in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure accurate record keeping.
- Send assessments to candidates and ensure timely completion.
- Walk interviewees to the training room for the team meeting.
- Be a true Brand Ambassador to walk-in candidates, ensuring a positive experience from the moment they enter.
- Maintain calendars for the HR team and schedule meetings as needed.
- Handle general administrative tasks related to recruiting (scheduling meetings, confirming starts, etc.)
- Assist with new hire orientations and training sessions.
Requirements for the Admin/Recruiting Coordinator:
- Proven experience in an administrative or recruitment role (1-3 years preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with recruitment software and ATS systems.
- Must be tech-savvy.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Exceptional organizational skills to ensure solid follow-up and follow-through skills.
