The Marketing Manager will be the driving force behind this success, orchestrating advertising campaigns, content creation, and strategic initiatives that elevate the company’s presence and propel business growth. Key Responsibilities for the Marketing Manager:
- Develop and manage an annual marketing plan and budget that delivers measurable ROI and aligns with company goals, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximizing impact.
- Monitor real-time campaign performance, providing insightful reports that highlight successes and identify areas for improvement, enabling agile decision-making and continuous optimization.
- Analyze campaign effectiveness, market trends, and competitor activities to create compelling content that resonates with target audiences and drives engagement.
- Ensure marketing campaigns and content consistently align with department objectives, contributing directly to overall business success.
- Manage and enhance the company’s online presence across various platforms, including the website, Google LSA/GMB, Yelp, PPC campaigns, SEO, Mailchimp, and social media, fostering brand awareness and engagement.
- Spearhead innovative campaigns that anticipate seasonality and market trends, positioning the company as a thought leader and driving competitive advantage.
- Actively participate in weekly, quarterly, and annual meetings, providing comprehensive marketing updates and insights to key stakeholders.
- Build and nurture relationships with local partners and organizations, fostering goodwill and brand visibility within the community.
- Maintain adequate inventory of marketing materials and promotional items, ensuring brand consistency and readiness for events and campaigns.
- Conduct regular market research to stay ahead of industry trends, understand target customers, and evaluate campaign effectiveness and competitor strategies.
Qualifications for the Marketing Manager:
- Proven experience in marketing management, leading a marketing department.
- Highly prefer experience leading the marketing efforts for a $20+M residential service industry company (HVAC/Plumbing/Electrical) across multiple marketing channels.
- Possesses a keen eye for detail and a data-driven approach to marketing strategy and execution.
- Experience in both digital and print campaigns with the ability to measure ROI effectiveness.
- Excels in both verbal and written communication, effectively conveying ideas and collaborating with diverse audiences.
- Builds strong relationships with team members, customers, and community partners, fostering a positive and productive environment.
- Demonstrates success in multi-trade, multi-location environments, with a focus on brand integration and growth.
- Possesses strong working knowledge of ServiceTitan, or similar software, leveraging its capabilities to drive marketing success.
- Strong leadership and process skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail is mandatory.
- Ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
- Knowledge of current market trends and best practices in sales and marketing.
- Actively participate in industry peer groups, online forums, and webinars, staying abreast of the latest marketing trends and best practices.
- Demonstrate a willingness to work occasional overtime to ensure the achievement of company goals and deadlines.
