As a successful HVAC Install Coordinator, you will ensure a seamless installation process where every job is completed on time, to the highest quality standards, and with maximum customer satisfaction. You’ll be the driving force behind a well-coordinated installation department, ensuring installers have the resources and support they need to excel.

Responsibilities for the HVAC Install Coordinator:
- Partner with the Lead HVAC Installer and HVAC Install manager to achieve timely job completion and company financial goals.
- Provide professional and friendly phone support, building rapport and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Efficiently schedule and dispatch jobs for installers and apprentices, optimizing resource allocation.
- Verify all equipment is ordered and ready for each job, adhering to quality checklists.
- Actively participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Complete accurate and timely paperwork, including permit acquisition, and preparing payroll for all installers.
Requirements for the HVAC Install Coordinator:
- Experience with coordinating HVAC installation projects is required.
- Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and follow-through to ensure seamless project execution.
- Extremely detail-oriented to ensure nothing is overlooked.
- Possess strong verbal and written communication abilities to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Exhibit high integrity and advanced social skills to establish solid connections with team members and customers.
