To be successful in this combined role of Customer Service Representative and Dispatcher, you will be the cornerstone of our customer experience, guiding customers seamlessly from inquiry to resolution while ensuring technician efficiency and work order accuracy. Success means delivering exceptional service, optimizing operations, and fostering a positive company reputation.
In-Office Position: Monday to Friday 9 AM – 5 PM

Responsibilities for the Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher:
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues with efficiency and professionalism.
- Process service orders seamlessly, guaranteeing timely and accurate service delivery every time.
- Effortlessly handle phone calls, emails, and vendor requests.
- Analyze the entire dispatch board to find patterns and make informed decisions to optimize routes
- Navigate warranty claims processing like a pro, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely resolutions.
- Provide valuable support to the accounts receivable team, contributing to financial efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience by providing technicians with detailed and precise information about service requests.
- Coordinate with field personnel to optimize routes and schedules, maximizing efficiency and productivity.
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing updates on service status and addressing any concerns or issues.
- Participate in continuous training programs to foster ongoing professional development.
- Keep customers informed throughout the day regarding the progress of their service appointments.
Ideal Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher will have:
- Experience in Home Services Highly Preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of Customer Service experience.
- Minimum 1 year of Dispatcher experience.
- Experience with Service Titan a plus!
- Ability to analyze data to ensure accuracy.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in customer service software and systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations.
- Detail-oriented, strongly organized, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
