Job Title: Electrical Sales Manager
Are you a dynamic sales leader passionate about driving growth and exceeding expectations? We’re partnering with a leading electrical home services company that’s seeking a highly motivated Electrical Sales Manager to oversee their inside and outside sales teams.
In this role, you’ll develop and implement effective sales strategies, coach and mentor your team, and ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact to project completion. Responsibilities:

Leadership & Strategy:
-
Develop and execute electrical sales strategies to achieve company goals.

Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management for both inside and outside electrical sales teams.

Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.

Outside Sales Team (Selling Technicians):
-
Train and mentor electricians on effective sales techniques and product knowledge.

Set clear performance expectations and sales targets.
-
Conduct ride-alongs with electricians to observe, provide feedback, and ensure adherence to standards.

Collaborate with the Install Manager to optimize job handoffs and maximize revenue.

Inside Sales Team (Call Center & Dispatch):

Ensure call center agents are trained to qualify leads, promote memberships, and upsell services.

Oversee dispatchers to ensure efficient job scheduling and technician utilization.

Monitor customer interactions for professionalism and adherence to company processes.

Develop and refine workflows to prioritize leads and streamline scheduling.

Lead initiatives to improve the overall customer journey.

Performance Management:

Track and analyze sales metrics (lead-to-sale conversion, average revenue, customer satisfaction).

Create performance reports and provide recommendations for improvement.

Establish KPIs for both teams and implement plans to achieve them.

Work with the Install Manager to ensure smooth transitions from sales to installation.
Qualifications:
-
3+ years of proven experience in electrical sales leadership, preferably in residential services.

Proficiency in field management software (ServiceTitan preferred).

Strong understanding of inside and outside sales processes.

Data-driven decision-making with experience managing KPIs and sales metrics.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Benefits:

Lucrative Compensation: $80,000 – $120,000 base salary. There is the ability to earn commission and performance bonuses
