Now Hiring: Lead Service Dispatcher

Are you an experienced dispatcher that’s ready to join a top HVAC company with over 20 years of distinguished service in Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Delaware?

We are seeking a Lead Dispatcher to ensure smooth service department operations, coordinate technicians, and deliver outstanding customer service.

As a Lead Dispatcher, you’ll optimize schedules, handle emergencies, and be the communication hub between technicians, clients, and management. If you thrive on organization, problem-solving, and communication, we encourage you to apply!

Pay Range:$55,000–$65,000

Typical Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM with a remote on-call rotation

What You’ll Do as Our Lead Dispatcher:

  • Coordinate and dispatch HVAC service technicians based on skill level, job priority, and geographical location.

  • Optimize schedules and routes to reduce travel time and increase efficiency.

  • Monitor and adjust the schedule throughout the day to accommodate emergencies or changes.

  • Utilize Service Titan to create, coordinate, and schedule service calls.

  • Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve revenue goals.

  • Provide technicians with detailed job information and ensure closeout procedures are followed after each call.

  • Build repair estimates, adding materials, labor hours, and a work summary for management review.

  • Review invoices during closeout to ensure proper information and charges are included.

  • Schedule follow-up appointments and facilitate emergency parts pickups as necessary.

  • Direct the CSR team to assist with customer calls, quote building, and scheduling.

  • Forecast workload 2–3 days in advance, considering weather conditions and demand.

  • Maintain the technician’s on-call schedule and send weekend on-call texts every Friday.

  • Participate in the on-call rotation, addressing urgent issues outside of standard hours.

Requirements for the Lead Dispatcher:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in dispatching for HVAC.

  • Strong proficiency with CRM platforms (Service Titan experience preferred).

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.

  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Empathy and professionalism when handling customer inquiries.

  • Proactive and detail-oriented, with accurate data entry skills.
