Key Responsibilities for the Residential HVAC Field Supervisor:
– Inspect residential job sites to ensure quality and technical accuracy.
– Act as the technical expert for the field team, addressing and resolving on-site challenges.
– Train, mentor, and evaluate technicians to improve skills and maintain high service standards.
– Coordinate with office staff and project teams to schedule and manage workloads efficiently.
– Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of residential HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
– Build and maintain strong client relationships, resolving issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
– Assist with estimating, quoting, and managing job materials and equipment.
Key Requirements for the Residential HVAC Field Supervisor:
– Extensive experience and technical expertise in residential HVAC systems, including HVAC/R.
