Residential HVAC Technician – Medina, OH

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair HVAC system malfunctions in residential settings.

Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal system performance.

Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with clients.

Communicate effectively with customers, explaining technical issues and solutions clearly.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Adhere to all safety regulations and industry best practices.

Qualifications:
-
Minimum of 1+ years of experience in residential and commercial HVAC service and repair.

EPA Universal & Refrigeration license (preferred).

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Strong technical skills and knowledge of HVAC systems.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Weekend availability.

Ability to complete all necessary paperwork.

Experience with oil, boiler, and geothermal systems is a plus.
