Installation Supervisor – Flemington, NJ

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the installation of residential and light commercial HVAC systems.

Ensure installations are completed according to company standards and manufacturer specifications.

Provide technical guidance and support to the installation team.

Maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

Manage project timelines and ensure timely completion of installations.

Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure customer satisfaction.

Train and mentor junior installers.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.
Qualifications:

Minimum of six years of experience in HVAC installation.

Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and installation techniques.

Proven leadership and supervisory skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.1

EPA Universal certification.
-
NAEP certification is a plus.
