Responsibilities:

Assist journeyman plumbers with the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems in residential and light commercial settings.

Learn and develop essential plumbing skills under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Participate in ride-alongs to gain hands-on experience and knowledge.

Adhere to all safety regulations and plumbing codes.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Participate in company-sponsored training and development opportunities.

Embrace adaptability and flexibility in handling various tasks and challenges.
Qualifications:

At least 2 years of plumbing experience.

Apprentice plumbing license in Idaho.

Some plumbing schooling or vocational training is preferred.

Residential plumbing experience is required.

Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Adaptability to handle diverse tasks and challenges.

Experience with Service Titan software is a plus.

Competitive Compensation: $18 – $24 per hour (based on experience) + semi-annual bonuses based on performance and department profitability.
