Summary of Responsibilities for Customer Care Champion:

  • Respond to inbound calls promptly and professionally (goal < 2 rings).
  • Utilize call scripts to accurately set expectations for customers.
  • Effectively schedule service calls using capacity planning.
  • Maintain accurate customer profiles in Service Titan (software).
  • Respond to online chats quickly (goal < 2 minutes).
  • Handle emails and customer resolution forms as needed.
  • Assist in booking memberships and recurring maintenances.
  • Support marketing efforts by sending letters, thank-you notes, postcards, and other offers.
  • Report customer reviews for weekly meetings to boost morale.
  • Perform outbound calls for happy calls and follow-ups on estimates.
  • Handle additional tasks as needed, depending on seasonal requirements.

 

Requirements for the Customer Care Champion:

  • Proficient computer and typing skills.
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Dependable and reliable with excellent time management and multitasking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident and friendly phone skills, able to handle difficult callers professionally.
  • Genuine enjoyment in working with people and providing positive customer experiences.
