The Role

We are seeking exceptional Customer Service Representatives/Dispatchers capable of listening to our customer’s needs, booking service appointments, dispatching techs, and placing outbound calls to schedule appointments to fill our customer/tech needs.

Core Responsibilities for our next Customer Service Representative/ Dispatcher:

  • Maintain and update our customer database with complete and accurate information
  • Answers, screens, and directs calls in a courteous and professional manner 
  • Learn the business and learn how to prioritize the most urgent customer calls as well as Dispatching appropriate technicians
  • Adhere to the company’s plan for resolving customer complaints quickly and favorably
  • Ensures on-time service and communication with the customer.
  • Clears messages each morning and delivers them to appropriate employees.
  • Responds to visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional
  • manner.
  • Composes and types of routine correspondence as required.
  • Performs general clerical duties including but not limited to filing, photocopying, faxing, invoicing, and mailing as required.
  • Files correspondence and other records
  • Keeps reception area organized.
  • Demonstrates a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements, Skills, and Experience needed for our next CSR/Dispatcher:

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience required
  • At least 1 year of dispatching experience 
  • Experience with a residential home service company in this role
  • Be able to handle busy phones and diffuse customer disputes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are needed for problem resolution
  • Convert incoming customer calls to booked service appointments while promoting customer satisfaction
  • Adhere to the company’s plan for resolving customer complaints quickly and favorably.
  • Deliver calls scripts with an authentic cadence; by being transparent, compelling, and personable when speaking with customers
  • Ability to show empathy and be a people person
  • Learn to use Service Titan software 
  • Participate in training so that you grow and develop as a professional
  • Maintain and update our customer database with complete and accurate information
  • Maintain communication with dispatch and your manager
  • Bilingual (Spanish preferably)

Compensation is up to $22.00/hr.
