Responsibilities of our Dispatcher:

  • Evaluate customer calls and match the right technician to every job.
  • Learn the business and learn how to prioritize the most urgent customer calls.
  • Ensure a quality customer experience by relaying detailed and accurate information to the technicians in the field.
  • Record and report the service calls.
  • Participate in training so that you grow and develop as a professional.
  • Update customers throughout the day on the technician’s progress.
  • You will need to master call templates to sound professional when speaking with our customers.
  • Schedule service and maintenance appointments.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and present opportunities.
  • Maintain and update our customer database with complete and accurate information.
  • Identify and resolve customer issues.
  • Partner with teammates and maintain communication with managers and other departments.
  • Monitor company email, voice mail, messaging, and other media to deliver timely responses.


Requirements for our Dispatcher:

  • 1 year of Dispatching experience preferred but not required
  • Residential home service experience preferred but not required
  • Proficient computer knowledge competent; good typist and proficient with phone systems
  • Ability to show empathy and be a people person
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills needed for problem resolution
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with ease and empathy
  • Excellent ability to multi-task
