We are seeking a career minded HVAC / Plumbing Sales Manager who wants more for

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE INSIDE SALES MANAGER:

  • Follow up and convert unclosed estimates into closed sales
  • Deliver reports to company on inside sales statistics
  • Outbound calling to generate service calls
  • Deliver sales calls with an authentic cadence; be clear, compelling and personable
  • Conduct quality control calls to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Be professional and establish customer rapport, encouraging repeat business 
  • Participate and conduct training to boost membership sales 
  • Adhere to the company’s plan for resolving customer complaints quickly and favorably
  • Maintain and update membership database with complete and accurate information
  • Other fun administrative activities 
  • Convert incoming calls into booked service appointments 
  • Respond to customer requests, resolving issues and promoting the brand

  • Any other items that may be assigned by the Customer Service Manager

QUALIFICATIONS OF THE INSIDE SALES MANAGER:

  • 2 Years Inside Sales 
  • Solar, Plumbing, Roofing, HVAC Experience Valued 
  • Outstanding Communication and Sales Skills
  • Computer Literate
  •  POSITIVE ATTITUDE!
  • Team player – Build relationships with technicians
  • Self Starter, Self Motivated, Self Discipline
  •  Open mind and willingness to learn
