Requirements for our next Office Administrator:

  • At least 1 year of dispatching experience required.
  • Residential home service experience preferred
  • Service Titan experience preferred
  • Proficient computer knowledge competent; good typist and proficient with phone systems
  • Ability to show empathy and be a people person
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills needed for problem resolution
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with ease and empathy
  • Excellent ability to multitask 

Responsibilities of the Office Administrator:

  • Evaluate customer calls and match the right technician to every job.
  • Learn the business and learn how to prioritize the most urgent customer calls.
  • Ensure a quality customer experience by relaying detailed and accurate information to the technicians in the field.
  • Be able to handle and diffuse customer disputes
  • Adhere to the company’s plan for resolving customer complaints quickly and
  • Listen to the needs of customers and book service appointments and place
    outbound calls to schedule appointments to fill our call needs each day.
  • Convert incoming customer calls to booked service appointments while
    promoting customer satisfaction
  • Understanding of logistics and invoice accuracy and payments
  • Notate Accounts and utilize Service Titan
  • Pull permits
  • Other clerical duties as assigned
  • Participate in training so that you grow and develop as a professional
  • Maintain and update our customer database with complete and accurate



  • Pay is $20 – $25/Hr.
  • PTO with additional accrual after 1 year
