We are seeking an exceptional Office Assistant to handle incoming communication and assist in day-to-day operations.

Pay ranges from $18 – $25/hour


Responsibilities of the Office Assistant:

  • Ability to assume responsibility, interface, and communicate effectively with others.
  • Able to create data charts, and reports with given information.
  • Broadens knowledge of technical aspects of the trade.
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
  • Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management.
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.) for office manager.
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
  • Meet project deadlines when assigned.
  • Manage files and paperwork.
  • Performing general office duties and errands.
  • Assist management and co-workers with day-to-day operations.



Requirements of a successful Office Assistant should have:

  • In-Office experience in Home Services preferred
  • Knowledge and proficiency in using Canva, Pages, Numbers, Google Docs, Google Calendar
  • High School Diploma required
  • Proficient computer knowledge competent; good typist and proficient with phone systems
  • Ability to show empathy and be a people person with excellent customer service skills
  • Be reliable with a strong work ethic
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent ability to multitask
