We are looking for a LEADER who can MOTIVATE, TRAIN, AND LEAD a service team to success. As a Plumbing Service Manager, you will work with a dynamic and passionate management team to maximize business capacity, efficiency, and profitability. You will coach and lead staff to excel at providing excellent service to our customers, and consistently exceeding goals.
This position is base plus commission and starts at $100,000!

Responsibilities for our next Plumbing Service Manager:
- Manage and develop service center operations staff, including setting work priorities, conducting staff meetings, coaching, mentoring and training staff.
- Develops and implements operational plans to achieve profit and growth goals and manages expenditures to meet operational goals.
- Develops forecasts for sales growth, market mix, and profitability with plans to meet such projections.
- Oversees daily operations to ensure that proper procedures and guidelines are in place.

- Effectively manages plumbing and call center team members to ensure team objectives and sales goals are met.
- Has the ability and willingness to learn the industry standards and practices, including product details and company services offered.
- Offers exemplary customer service, including maintaining customer relationships and ensuring repeat customers by coaching your team to upsell products and services and taking care of any customer concerns or complaints quickly and professionally.
- Develops working knowledge of industry regulations, restrictions, and laws and ensures that the service department adheres to all rules.
Requirements for our next Plumbing Service Manager:
- 5+ years Management experience required
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record is required for this position.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, or related field, OR comparable record of leadership experience preferred.
- Detail oriented person that is very organized
- Experience in coaching, training, discipline, and employee reviews
- Excellent with technology, typing, and working with software
- Honest, dependable, and organized
