The Customer Service Representative position serves as the first contact point for our customers. This position is responsible for delivering a positive experience for all customers using empathy and charisma to capture customer information, listen closely to issues, and effectively communicate services we offer.
We are also looking HVAC Installers to replace any heating, air conditioning, or refrigeration equipment or complete systems in a residential setting. Ideal candidates will have knowledge of HVAC equipment, codes, and proper installation procedures with an entrepreneurial mindset.
We’re also looking for a Residential Service Electrician who will be responsible for tasks including but not limited to performing inspections, general service, maintenance, repairs, and projects using our Home Service Delivery System in residential settings. Also, you are expected to maintain invoice records on all services provided at the job site including payment arrangements.
Finally, we are looking for customer focused Residential Service Plumbers to diagnose, troubleshoot, repair and replace pipes, tanks, drains and any other related plumbing equipment.

Responsibilities of our next Residential Service Plumber:
- Complete plumbing, drain cleaning and other related service calls.
- Repair pipes, tanks and water fixtures as needed.
- Installing pipes, drainage systems, sinks, toilets, and heating and cooling systems.
- Testing systems for leaks and other problems.
- Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.
- Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans.
- Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business.
- Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck.
- Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings and retreats.
- Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations.
- Be accurate and timely with invoices, timecards, curbside feedback and option sheets.
Responsibilities of our next HVAC Installer:
- Replace any residential heating, air conditioning, or refrigeration equipment or complete systems.
- Test electrical circuits and components for continuity, using electrical test equipment.
- Test pipe or tubing joints and connections for leaks, using a pressure gauge or soap-and-water solution.
- Inspect and test systems to verify compliance with plans and specifications and to detect and locate malfunctions.
- Join pipes or tubing to the equipment and to the fuel, water, or refrigerant source in order to form a complete circuit.
- Lay out and connect electrical wiring between the controls and equipment according to the wiring diagram, using an electrician’s hand tools.
- Obtain and maintain required certifications.
- Install, connect, and adjust thermostats, humidistats, and timers, using hand tools.
- Comply with all applicable standards, policies, and procedures, including safety procedures and the maintenance of a clean work area.
- Properly complete digital invoices. We use Service Titan, a leading software in the industry.
- Repairs air conditioning, heating, control systems, along with humidity and temperature control systems for residential customers
- Provides preventative maintenance on heating and cooling systems.
- Build strong customer relationships; build knowledge and understanding of new and existing customer needs/expectations.
- Performs timely and quality repairs in resolving customer complaints
- Troubleshoot and repair all electrical and mechanical components of HVAC equipment Replace any heating, air conditioning, or refrigeration equipment or complete systems.

- Answering all inbound calls according to company policy and prescribed scripts
- Capturing and maintaining customer account records in provided company software
- Reviewing and responding promptly to company voicemail and marketing channel notifications
- Managing emails in the company inbox with a timely response
- Communicating cancelled calls to the dispatcher immediately
- Compiling and sending next day appointment reminders to respective customers
- Daily maintenance of CSR KTI Board and weekly submission to the supervisor
- Completing all Customer Satisfaction Calls within 48 hours of work completion
- Conducting outbound calls to maintenance plan members as directed
- Providing public responses to all company reviews following prescribed scripts
- Resolving customer complaints/concerns respectfully and escalating when necessary
- Keeping assigned workspace clean, tidy, and organized
- Reporting issues with equipment and systems to the supervisor promptly
- Tracking and maintaining all company equipment
Responsibilities of our next Residential Service Electrician:
- Conduct safety inspections.
- Utilize the Flat Rate Pricing Guide.
- Promote and sell Membership Plans.
- Offer and sell add-on services.
- Develop proficiency in educating customers on a range of solutions.
- Uphold the “Better than you found it” standard for clean-up.
- Double-check work to ensure quality assurance.
- Demonstrate expertise in diagnosing customer concerns.
- Provide accurate estimations of solutions based on customer needs, using company pricing guides.
- Develop trust-based professional relationships with customers.
- Guide customers through decision-making processes.
- Complete paperwork in accordance with core policies and timelines.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of invoices, accommodating payment needs.
- Capture and upload photos before, during, and after each job to document progress.
