Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute plans to drive business growth, expand market presence (Plumbing & HVAC), and achieve financial objectives.

Collaborate with stakeholders to set clear goals aligned with the company’s vision.

Oversee all operational functions, including service delivery, customer satisfaction, employee performance, and resource management.
