Key Responsibilities:

Efficient Work Order Management: Expertly receive and promptly record service requests from various electronic systems into Maximo, ensuring accurate and timely data entry.

Streamlined Dispatch & Scheduling: Prepare work orders and efficiently distribute them to service crews. Skillfully schedule service calls and dispatch teams, ensuring optimal resource allocation.

Customer Communication & Coordination: Courteously and professionally respond to all incoming service calls, coordinating effectively with appropriate staff to ensure work orders are processed and closed accurately.

Active Communication & Relay: Communicate with customers to confirm satisfactory service performance. Dispatch orders and relay messages and special instructions to mobile crews and other departments using various communication devices.

Vendor Support (As Needed): Provide valuable assistance with vendor scheduling and coordination, contributing to seamless facility operations.
What We’re Looking For:

Maximo Proficiency: Demonstrated proficiency with Maximo is a required skill for this role.

Work Order Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of facility work order experience is needed

Strong Computer Skills: Excellent computer experience, including proficiency with Microsoft Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Internet navigation, and Email communication.

Exceptional Communication & Customer Service: A customer-friendly demeanor with the ability to speak clearly and respond professionally to phone calls, radio communications, and other devices.

Facility Management Exposure (Preferred): Prior experience in Facility Management is preferred, indicating a foundational understanding of the environment.

Government Clearance: Must be able to successfully pass a government background investigation.

Educational Foundation: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent is required.
