Key Responsibilities:

Expert HVAC System Installation: Perform meticulous installation, maintenance, and repair of residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and crucial ductwork, ensuring optimal performance.

Precise Site Assessment & Planning: Conduct thorough site inspections and accurate measurements to determine the ideal placement and configuration for HVAC systems.

Seamless System Integration: Skillfully install and connect refrigerant lines, electrical wiring, and ventilation systems, ensuring all components work harmoniously.

Accurate Load Calculations: Execute precise load calculations to determine the appropriate size and capacity of HVAC units, guaranteeing efficient and effective heating and cooling solutions.

System Testing & Optimization: Rigorously test HVAC systems to ensure proper functioning, making all necessary adjustments for peak performance and customer satisfaction.

Troubleshooting & Problem Solving: Efficiently troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems, recommending appropriate repairs or replacements to restore comfort quickly.

Safety & Code Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, HVAC codes, and relevant regulations, ensuring safe practices and compliant installations on every job.

Collaborative Project Completion: Work effectively with the team to ensure the timely and high-quality completion of all installations and projects.

Exceptional Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service by courteously addressing customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.

Accurate Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous records of all work performed and materials used, ensuring clear and comprehensive documentation for every project.
What We’re Looking For:

Proven HVAC Installation Experience: A minimum of 3 years of verifiable experience as an HVAC Installer in a residential setting.

EPA Certification (Preferred): EPA certification is preferred, showcasing your commitment to industry standards

Deep HVAC Knowledge: Strong knowledge of diverse HVAC systems, their components, and advanced installation techniques.

Technical Interpretation Skills: Proficient in interpreting blueprints, diagrams, and complex technical specifications.

Precision & Detail Orientation: Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with precision to ensure high-quality installations.

Team Player & Independent Work Ethic: Ability to work effectively both independently and as a collaborative member of a team.

Valid Driver’s License: Possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation to ensure timely travel to job sites.
