Key Responsibilities:

Comprehensive HVAC System Management: Expertly perform the installation, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of residential HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment.

Precise Diagnosis & Troubleshooting: Skillfully diagnose and troubleshoot complex HVAC system issues, accurately identifying root causes of malfunctions and recommending the most effective solutions.

Preventative Maintenance & Optimization: Conduct regular inspections and thorough preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and proactively identify potential problems before they escalate.

Component Installation & Replacement: Confidently install, repair, or replace various HVAC components such as compressors, motors, fans, thermostats, filters, and ductwork.

Collaborative Service Delivery: Work seamlessly with team members to coordinate work schedules, prioritize service calls, and efficiently complete assignments, ensuring smooth operations.

Professional Customer Engagement: Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner, effectively addressing their concerns, clearly explaining repair options, and providing valuable recommendations for system improvements.

Accurate Documentation: Meticulously document all service activities, including equipment status, repairs performed, parts used, and time spent on each job, maintaining precise records.

Continuous Professional Development: Stay current with the latest industry advancements, best practices, and emerging technologies, continually enhancing your technical skills and knowledge.
What We’re Looking For:

Verifiable HVAC Experience: A minimum of two to three years of verifiable HVAC experience specifically in residential service and maintenance operations.

Essential Certifications: Must hold Universal EPA certification; NATE or equivalent HVAC certification is preferred.

Code Knowledge: Solid understanding of local and national HVAC codes to ensure compliance.

Blueprint Interpretation: Ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints and drawings.

Estimating Experience (Basic): Basic experience with change order cost estimating.

Educational Foundation: High school diploma/GED required; an Associate degree is preferred but not mandatory.

Proactive & Reliable: Possess a self-starter attitude, demonstrate strong reliability, and exhibit flexibility with work hours.

Client-Focused & Technical Aptitude: Possess strong client service skills, a customer-first mindset, and a strong technical aptitude.

Bilingual (A Plus): Bilingual skills are a plus, though not required.

Clean Driving Record & Background: Must maintain a valid driver’s license and successfully pass a criminal background check and drug test.

Exceptional Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate a strong customer service focus, an excellent ability to communicate and develop relationships, exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, and a high level of integrity.
