Inside Sales Representative – Solar & Electrical

Key Responsibilities:

Solar Consultation Scheduling: Proactively call existing customer base to schedule solar consultations, driving interest in clean energy solutions.

Lead Nurturing & Qualification: Follow up with warm leads, effectively identifying decision-makers and nurturing opportunities for both Residential and Commercial Electrical Divisions.

Virtual Prospecting: Utilize a virtual “door knocking” approach to prospect new clients within targeted markets, expanding our reach.

CRM Management: Maintain a meticulous CRM log of all outreach activities, follow-ups, and outcomes, ensuring accurate data and pipeline management.

Sales & Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging, optimize campaigns, and maximize lead generation efforts.
What We’re Looking For:

Sales Experience: Previous phone-based or inside sales experience is required.

Communication & Follow-Up: Strong communication and follow-up skills, confident, energetic, and enjoy connecting with people.

Goal-Driven Mindset: Coachable, self-motivated, and goal-driven, thriving in fast-paced environments and comfortable with cold calling.

Tech Proficiency: Basic tech proficiency (email, typing, CRM tools), or a strong desire and aptitude to learn virtual prospecting platforms.

Passion for Sustainability: A genuine passion for sustainability, solar energy, or quality home services.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
