Key Responsibilities:

Perform residential service plumbing duties with excellence and efficiency.

Utilize technical expertise to diagnose and resolve plumbing issues effectively.

Perform water heater repairs and installations.
-
Clear clogged drains using various cable machines.
-
Conduct pipe repairs, garbage disposal replacements, toilet repairs and replacements, and sink repairs and replacements.

Provide exceptional customer service, explaining solutions clearly and professionally.

Operate and maintain company-provided tools and equipment.

Adhere to all safety protocols and industry best practices during service calls.
What We’re Looking For:

Licensure: Must have a NH Plumbing License.

Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in residential service plumbing.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Sales Acumen: Sales experience is a plus.

Professionalism: Must be professional and clean-cut.

Driving Record: Must have a Valid Driver’s License and a Clean Driving Record.

Pre-Employment Checks: Must be willing to submit to background checks and drug screening.

Preferred Certifications: Journeyman Plumber and/or Master Plumber (Preferred).

Well Pump Experience: Well Pump experience is a plus.
