Key Responsibilities
As a Residential HVAC Service Technician, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring optimal air conditioning performance, with responsibilities including:

Skillfully brazing and soldering various metals for secure piping connections.

Expertly installing, modifying, or repairing air ducts, indoor units, drain pans, drain lines, and outdoor units.

Precisely installing and calibrating thermostats, humidistats, solenoids, and timers.

Conscientiously inspecting inoperative indoor or outdoor units to pinpoint the root causes of trouble.

Efficiently disassembling indoor or outdoor units to replace or repair defective parts.

Performing essential preventive maintenance tasks such as drain cleaning, coil sanitizing, and motor lubrication.

Comprehensively evaluating equipment operations after repairs using a range of instruments including gauges, voltmeters, leak detectors, sling pycnometers, static, and velocity instruments.

Demonstrate strong product knowledge to support add-on sales and help customers make informed decisions
What We Need From You

A minimum of 2 years of HVAC field experience.

EPA Universal certification is required
-
A valid Florida driver’s license.
-
Proven experience with low & high voltage wiring.

Outstanding communication and customer service skills.

Service Titan experience is a plus
-
The ability to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Ability to successfully pass an extensive background check and drug test
